HAMRAH AVAL TOURIST SIM CARD ONLINE RECHARGING STEPS FOR INTERNET ACCESS IN IRAN
First of all, you need to log in to the Hamrah Aval web site and follow the given instructions, but before that, we suggest you to take a look at how these amounts are written in Farsi.

NOW FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Fill this part with the required amount, as mentioned above.
2- Submit your phone number without the first zero.
3- Here you chose the bank service, which is the به پرداخت ملت bottom.
4- Now fill the blank with the security code you see in the opposite window.
5- After doing all this, you may click on تایید bottom to submit your request.
Second step for recharging SIM card
6- After clicking on the submit bottom, تایید خرید window will show up.
7- Now check your SIM card number.
8- Check the chosen balance amount.
9- If anything is gone wrong, click on انصراف bottom to cancel the procedure.
10- If all is well, click on پرداخت bottom to go on for online bank payment.
Third step for recharging SIM card (Tourist SIM card)
11- Use this key pad to enter your ID number and password.
12- Enter the 16 digit card number in this section.
13- Enter your second password here.
14- Fill this part with CVV2 number written on the card.
15- From right to left, enter the expiry date of the card. ( for example, if the expiry date of the card is 97.05, you must enter the 05 at the right blank and then enter the 97 at the left blank )
16- Enter the security code here.
17- Fill this blank with your email address. This would be optional, but your balance purchase receipt will be sent to your email and that may be useful later.
18- If you don’t want to continue the purchase, click on the انصراف (cancel) bottom.
19- If you want to finish the procedure and pay for your purchase, click on the پرداخت (payment) bottom.
Fourth step for recharging SIM card (Tourist SIM card)
20- Your purchase has been successful. Click on تکمیل خرید (finish the purchase) which is written in green.
Fifth step for recharging SIM card for Internet access in Iran
21- After a successful online payment, this window will pop up which is your purchase receipt.
22- This green color sentence is saying that your purchase is done successfully.
23- In this section your inquiry number is registered. (write down this number, or keep a screen shot of it)
24- This is your 17 digit recharge serial number, you may save it to fill the operational code section to finalize the recharging.

1- For purchase inquiry, click on پیگیری خرید شارژ bottom
Second step for purchase inquiry (Tourist SIM card)
2- Enter your SIM card number here (your phone number).
3- Here, type the inquiry number which was discussed at tip no.23.
4- Enter the security code you see in the box on the right.
5- Click on the جستجو (search) bottom.
6- If you see the green color massage that means your purchase is done successfully and there is nothing to be worried about.
7- If you are done here, click on the بازگشت (return) bottom.
